Red Kites – To Feed or Not to Feed

There have been incidents in the Parish where Red Kites have swooped down on barbecues and people, including children, eating sandwiches etc. So should we be feeding Red Kites are is it better to let them use their built in scavenging skills in the natural surroundings.
