Allotments

The village allotments are administered by the allotment holders. If you wish to use an allotment please contact the Parish Clerk. The Parish Councillor overseeing the allotments is listed under Parish Councillors.

The tenants of the allotments enter into a tenancy agreement with the Parish Council. A link to a copy of the current template is given below.

The Parish Council does not charge a fee for allotments given that there is no provision of amenities such as a mains water supply and no regular maintenance. The nearest access to water is from the stream shown on the diagram, and the allotments paths and hedges are kept tidy by plot holders on a voluntary basis.
